During this phase, we meet with the client to understand the clear goals and requirements of the project.
Preliminary Planning
We analyze the constraints and opportunities of the project regarding the pre-design framework of each client’s specific goals.
Design Development
In this phase, we refine the best design scheme for exterior elevations and selections for structural systems and components, materials and finishes, and architectural design details.
Construction Documents
A complete package of construction documents and specifications will be delivered to gather bids and ultimately construct the project. We will continue to address any comments generated by local jurisdictions for permit approval during this phase.
Permitting
We can help submit, coordinate, and acquire building permits and any other related approvals for the project's construction during this step.
